矿用液压支护设备总线式测控系统研究

Study on the Fieldbus Measurement and Control System of Mine hydraulic support equipment

摘要: 针对矿用液压支护设备检测技术发展需求,提出了基于现场总线的多节点同步通用型矿用液压设备测控仪器平台设计方案。研究了现场总线测控技术,将监测目标进行多节点单元划分,采用任务索引及传感器动态重组机制实现测量目标的可重组。平台采用模块化设计完成特定仪器的动态设计和多参量测量数据的在线分析,测量仪器系统采用多个测量目标在测量平台上进行统一配置并调度。生产应用表明系统满足预定要求且验证了系统的可靠性和高效性。

Abstract: The scheme of universal multi-node synchronization measurement and control instrument based on fieldbus is proposed which is meet the development demands of mine hydraulic support equipment measurement system. Field bus network measurement and control technology is studied. The targets to be monitored are divided into multiple joints and units. Quest minion and sensor dynamic restructuring mechanism are used to realize the restructuring of measured targets. The platform adopts modular design, completed a specific instrument dynamic design and the multi-parameter data analysis online, measuring instrument measuring system using multiple targets on the measurement platform unified configuration and scheduling. Production results showed that the system meets predetermined requirements and validate the system's reliability and efficiency.
